U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton

"By enforcing this statute [AZ SB1070], Arizona would impose a 'distinct, unusual and extraordinary' burden on legal resident aliens that only the federal government has the authority to impose."

- Statement in her ruling to stop the implementation of Arizona's new immigration law until it is tried in a higher court.

**WHAT A SAD JOKE! The only thing "distinct, unusual and extraordinary" about this law is Arizona's willingness to execute federal immigration law...Heaven knows our federal government isn't, and has zero intention of ever doing so. Screw the states! Screw the American people!

This battle is nowhere near over, however, because regardless of which side won the loser was going to push it to the next court...So onward it goes.

Just for kicks, I would like you to visit THIS SITE...For even more fun, visit THIS SITE, as well, to read an interesting memo from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.**

    “House Bill 2013” and “SB1070”

    0 = Arizona
    2 = USA/ Our Constitution/ We the People of the United States

    This month of July 2010, our U.S. Federal courts have found the so called State of Arizona hate filled legislation namely “House Bill 2013” and “SB1070” Un-constitution (So much for the intellect of Jan Brewer, “Did you read the bills you signed?”). But we all know that they will go crying to the Supreme Court of the United States, please, please, please go. We will fight you in Arizona, any other state, and yes in Washington DC. We will not tire, we will not be silent and we will persevere, I promise you. We are a country that is ruled by the Constitution, Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence, not by the majority of the day. When you do not know the principles in these documents, therein lays the problem in losing when you are challenged in court.

    In my opinion the Republican Party has been taken over the most extreme of clans; the Baggers, Birthers and Blowhards (people who love to push their beliefs and hate on others while trying to take away the rights of those they just hate) and that’s who they need to extract from their party if they real want to win in November. Good Luck, because as they said in WACO, “We Ain’t Coming Out”.

    It’s all about politics: Jan Brewer you were never elected to be Governor, but you have no problem trying to get elected on the back of undocumented workers, you loser (sure you may win but the long-term effects to your so called State is just beginning). Here is a partial list of your hate filled legislation;

    1. S.B. 1070,
    2. House Bill 2013
    3. No permit conceal weapons law,
    4. The famous Birthers law,
    5. Banning Ethnic studies law,

    6. Could she be behind the Mural in Prescott, Arizona, ordered to be whiten,
    7. On deck to pass, no citizenship to babies born to undocumented workers,

    8. If she can read she should look up Arizona’s House Bill 2779 from two years ago (which was un-constitution and failed when legally challenged),
    9. The boycotted Martin Luther King Day, what idiots don’t want another holiday? Yes, you guessed it Arizona.

    Well Arizona, you can keep boycotting new holidays, passing hate filled legislation and the rest of our country will continue to challenge you in court of law and Boycott your so-called state.

    Lets face it, no one can real believe anything that comes out of Brewer’s mouth, in an interview, this year, in an attempt to gain sympathy, she first said her father had died in Germany fighting the Nazi in World War II (which ended 1945) but of course we find out the truth that father was never in Germany and died in California in 1955. But we are suppose to believe everything else she says, right!

    As they say in the World Cup: Gooooooooal!

    Thanks for your comment Montana...I hope you return and will answer a question: Do you believe anyone should be enforcing immigration laws? Including the feds?

    I just love how those on the hard left label ANYTHING they don't agree with or that is counter to their agenda as 'hate'. They act as if 'hate' itself it a crime (which it isn't even though many in their party would like certain types of hate made criminal...but not the kind THEY spew). Why is it not OK to hate illegal immigration and what it is doing to our country? Why is it bad to hate that the Federal Government is failing in its constitutional mandate to enforce its very own laws to protect our borders from invaders. Just because the invaders aren't armed (and I believe many are), doesn't give the feds the right to ignore what is going on. The shame is that it came to this. Is it bad for Jan Brewer to hate that her state is bearing a hugely undue burden because of the irresponsibility of the Federal Government and has acted to help the people of her state (who elected her) against the massive tide and burden of ILLEGAL immigration. Montana, you will find that MOST of us who support the Arizona legislation do NOT hate immigrants. We welcome people who want to come into our country LEGALLY and become a part of it and seek to build up the country. We HATE (yes I used that evil word), when people slink into our country illegally, evade taxes and many laws, speak their own hate-filled rhetoric, send MILLIONS of untaxed dollars out of our economy while burdening our over-generous social services, and in many cases refuse to become a part of our society. YOU need to read the LAWS that are LEGAL and realize they aren't that different from what Arizona has passed....it's just that Arizona will actually enforce them.

    I just want to know why people (illegals and regular ol Americans) keep coming to AZ if it's so bad and backward?

    Hmmm?
